This space was created during a season of change and a spiritual awakening.<\/span><\/p>\n

There were seasons in my life where everything felt uncertain\u2014where I was holding pain I didn\u2019t yet have the language for, and moving through changes that quietly reshaped who I was becoming.<\/span><\/p>\n

I experienced loss in ways that weren\u2019t always visible, but deeply felt. Disconnection from my body. Disconnection from my spirit. And the slow realization that I could no longer keep living out of alignment with myself.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was in those moments\u2014when I felt the most lost\u2014that something within me began to awaken. Not all at once, but in small, sacred whispers that taught me how to listen, how to soften, and how to come back home to myself.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

A time when life asked me to slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with parts of myself I had ignored for far too long. What began as my own healing journey slowly became something I felt called to share. I believe wellness isn\u2019t about perfection or constant growth\u2014it\u2019s about learning how to be present with yourself through every phase of life. Through trial, learning, and deep self-reflection, I began exploring and learning through the universe ( the teacher) ,being creative with the gifts i have to undering my purpose in life. Nutrition, herbs, rest, mindfulness, patience, consistency, and compassion is the key! As my body began to heal, I realized something deeper was also asking for my attention, I noticed a quiet shift within me.<\/span><\/p>\n

My spiritual awakening didn\u2019t arrive as clarity\u2014it arrived as disruption.<\/span><\/p>\n

It came in moments where I felt disconnected from everything I thought I knew\u2026 where I was forced to sit with myself without distraction, without certainty, without the comfort of old patterns.<\/span><\/p>\n

There were times I didn\u2019t understand what I was feeling\u2014only that something within me was shifting, and I couldn\u2019t go back to who I used to be.<\/span><\/p>\n

I felt the weight of that.<\/span>
The loneliness of it.<\/span>
The quiet grief of outgrowing versions of myself I once depended on.<\/span><\/p>\n

But in that space, something deeper held me.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not loudly. Not all at once.<\/span>
But in small, steady ways\u2014through intuition, through stillness, through moments of awareness that reminded me I wasn\u2019t as lost as I felt.<\/span><\/p>\n

I wasn\u2019t falling apart.<\/span>
I was opening.<\/span><\/p>\n

This awakening asked me to trust what I couldn\u2019t see yet.<\/span>
To listen to what I couldn\u2019t always explain.<\/span>
To believe that there was meaning in the unfolding, even when it felt uncomfortable.<\/span><\/p>\n

And slowly, I began to return to myself\u2014not who I was before, but someone more present, more aware, and more deeply connected to my spirit, Past, Present, and Future. 4!<\/span><\/p>\n

Shadow Work 4<\/span><\/h3>\n

Shadow work didn\u2019t feel like a choice\u2026 it felt like a surrender.<\/span>
A surrender to truth.<\/span>
To grief.<\/span>
To seeing myself without filters, without masks, without pretending I was okay when I wasn\u2019t. There were parts of me I didn\u2019t recognize.<\/span>
Parts I judged.<\/span>
Parts I wanted to hide again.<\/span>
But slowly, with patience and honesty, I began to understand\u2026 those parts weren\u2019t here to destroy me\u2014they were asking to be seen, to be held, to be healed. And for the first time, I didn\u2019t look away.<\/span><\/p>\n

There was a version of me that smiled while silently falling apart.<\/span>
A version of me that knew how to hold everything together\u2026 except myself.<\/span><\/p>\n

I learned how to be strong in all the ways that looked good on the outside\u2014<\/span>
but inside, I was carrying things I never spoke about.<\/span>
Pain I didn\u2019t know how to name.<\/span>
Patterns I didn\u2019t know how to break.<\/span>
A heaviness that followed me, even in moments that were supposed to feel like joy.<\/span><\/p>\n

And the hardest part\u2026<\/span>
was realizing that I had become a stranger to myself.<\/span><\/p>\n

I ignored my own voice for so long that when it finally spoke, it sounded unfamiliar.<\/span>
It didn\u2019t come gently.<\/span>
It came in the form of exhaustion\u2026<\/span>
in the form of breaking down over things I couldn\u2019t explain\u2026<\/span>
in the quiet moments where I could no longer distract myself from what I was feeling.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s where my shadow met me.<\/span>
Not as something dark and evil\u2014<\/span>
but as everything I had been carrying alone.<\/span><\/p>\n

The hurt.<\/span>
The anger.<\/span>
The abandonment.<\/span>
The parts of me that learned to survive, even if it meant losing myself in the process.<\/span><\/p>\n

And I won\u2019t lie to you\u2014<\/span>
facing it didn\u2019t feel empowering at first.<\/span>
It felt like grief.<\/span>
Like sitting with versions of myself that never felt safe, never felt chosen, never felt enough.<\/span><\/p>\n

But something shifted when I stopped trying to fix those parts\u2026<\/span>
and just let them be seen.<\/span><\/p>\n

I realized I wasn\u2019t broken.<\/span>
I was buried.<\/span><\/p>\n

Buried under expectations.<\/span>
Under silence.<\/span>
Under everything I thought I had to be just to be loved.<\/span><\/p>\n

This space was created from that place.<\/span>
Not from perfection\u2026 but from truth.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the ones who feel everything deeply but say nothing.<\/span>
For the ones who are tired of pretending they\u2019re okay.<\/span>
For the ones who know there\u2019s more to them than survival\u2026 but don\u2019t know how to reach it yet.<\/span><\/p>\n

If that\u2019s you\u2014<\/span>
I see you.<\/span><\/p>\n

And more importantly\u2026<\/span>

I don\u2019t call myself a deity because I am above\u2014<\/span>

I remember that I am made of the same source as the earth, the ancestors, the unseen.<\/span>
I remember that healing is sacred, and so is the one who chooses it.<\/span><\/p>\n

My path has been one of awakening\u2014of listening deeper, feeling more, and trusting what can\u2019t always be explained.<\/span><\/p>\n

I remember that healing is not soft work\u2014<\/span>
it is sacred work.<\/span>
It is the kind of work that breaks you open<\/span>
and teaches you how to rebuild yourself with truth.<\/span><\/p>\n

My path was not given to me gently.<\/span>
It came through loss, through searching, through moments where I had to sit with myself and face everything I tried to run from.<\/span><\/p>\n
